1. SITE OPERATION:
DIDISCENTZ controls this Site and you may not use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
2. MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION:
The displayed price and currency will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.
PURCHASES:
DIDISCENTZ.CO.ZA accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in ZAR (South African Rands) for its products and services via PAYFAST. Purchases can also be made by paying direct to our designatory account as given.
Interpretation:
These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of DIDISCENTZ. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.
3. REPRESENTATIONS BY YOU:
By visiting the Site, you represent, warrant and covenant that (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) that all materials of any kind submitted by you to DIDISCENTZ through the Site or for inclusion on the Site will not plagiarize, violate or infringe upon the rights of any third-party including trade secret, copyright, trademark, trade dress, privacy, patent, or other personal or proprietary rights. The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

The content and software on this Site is the property of DIDISCENTZ. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Payments
All payments on DIDISCENTZ products are processed in ZAR and via Payfast payment gateway and you can also pay directly to our designated bank account and proof of payment sent to sales@didscentz.co.za with your order number as payment reference.
Return Policy
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the item cost but not the shipping fee. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt; items must be unused and in their original packaging and labels. If returned goods are not in resellable condition, we may not accept the return. Any promotional gifts received with the item must also be returned. Personalized items and items exempt from return due to health and hygiene reasons are non-returnable if unsealed.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you change your mind after completing a purchase and request a refund for personal reasons, please note that an 8% fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. This fee covers the non-refundable charges incurred through our payment gateway and bank card processing providers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue and make it right.Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as samples, testers, and some personal care goods (soap, lotion etc), cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items, or gift cards.Exchanges The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and, once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 14 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, which may take up to 14 days to reflect.
Ordering & Shipping Information
DIDISCENTZ offers local shipping on all products and our delivery services take 1 – 3 business days. For other inquiries, including wholesale, please contact us at sales@didscentz.co.za
TRACKING
We exclusively use Bob Go for all local shipments. Bob Go priority shipping includes tracking, and you will receive a tracking details in your confirmation email after dispatch. Orders placed late, on holidays, or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at sales@didscentz.co.za

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur beyond the estimated timeframe.
Safety and Allergy Precaution
At DIDISCENTZ we do our best to bring to you fragrances that are safe and at the same time, it is impossible to predict allergic reactions in individuals to a specific ingredient or ingredient combinations. Some people can develop an allergy to any number of ingredients in food, skincare or perfume, at any time. We do everything we can to educate our customers about the proper use of our products.
If you have allergic tendencies, please use our products with caution and test a small portion first to make sure that the fragrance is safe for your regular use. If you develop any allergic reactions, stop using the product immediately.

Following these simple rules will ensure you are using products safely and appropriately.
* DIDISCENTZ products (automobile perfume, home fragrance, body perfumes etc.) are flammable. Do not apply near fire, flame, heat or while smoking.
* For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not swallow or ingest.
* Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
* Do not apply to sensitive skin. Do not apply to broken or inflamed skin. If irritation develops, reduce frequency or discontinue use.
* If you develop any allergic reactions, stop using the product immediately.
